Price is a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University and her Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina.

Ms.Price has a passion for helping people and a strong desire to help individuals build generational wealth and break the cycle of poverty. She currently offers private counseling services and has her own Mortgage Branch in Florence, SC where she operates as a Loan Officer.

 

Ms. Price became a Mortgage Loan Officer March 2020. She has been able to help over 200 families become homeowners since then. 80% of them only had the opportunity to witness their family fall into the category of being rental tenants, stepped out on faith and trusted her to assist them in becoming first generational homeowners. She has been voted as the TOP Mortgage Lender of The Pee Dee. Her next venture will be opening her loan officer academy to educate and teach other individuals how to become Top Producing Loan Officers.

Her own business, Price Professional Services, LLC offers affordable resume writing services and business consulting services to improve the quality of life for others and their businesses. In 2014, Ms.Price found a hidden passion for helping adolescents which motivated her to found her nonprofit organization “Ladies Divine To Shine”, which provides positive mentorship.

Ms. Price was featured as co-author in 2019 with 17 other phenomenal women to produce the book "Extraordinary Makeover”. This book focuses on women's empowerment. She launched her 2nd book in 2021 titled “How To Buy A Home in 30 days” with her realtor Xavier Sams.

Her newest venture is creating an online course to teach aspiring and current loan officers how to make 6-figures and become Top Producers in the Mortgage Industry.

Her daughter, Amina, is her heartbeat and her primary reason she continues to move forward.
